Dovedale Bread has its origins in Sydney where Roland Dallas founded Dallas Bread in 1988. Evolving into Dovedale Bread on his Dovedale farm southwest of Nelson, New Zealand in 1992, the first Australian bakery was established in Wodonga Victoria in August 2006.

Dovedale Bread specialises in baking gluten free, wheat free, dairy free and no added yeast products made with certified organic flour and grains, filtered water and sea salt, is currently supplying the market with a range of five breads.
